“Painting gave me permission to breathe again.”

A place where creativity, curiosity, and expression gather together.

During a season when life felt especially full, painting became an exhale.

What began as curiosity quickly became a practice of presence, expression, and reconnecting with myself one layer at a time.

The Studio Table was born from that experience.

Here you'll find more than finished pieces. You'll find stories, seasons, experiments, lessons, and layers.

Some pieces begin with inspiration from nature. Others emerge from emotions, life experiences, or quiet moments of reflection.

Each one unfolds differently, but all are created with intention and care.

Why I Paint

I don't paint to create perfect pieces.

I paint because creativity has become one of the ways I return to myself.

Every painting begins with a blank surface and a willingness to trust the next layer.

In many ways, life has taught me the same thing.

One of the things I love most about mandala inspired artwork is that no piece is ever truly built all at once.

Just like life, it unfolds layer by layer.

Some layers are planned.

Some reveal themselves along the way.

Some reflect growth, grief, resilience, curiosity, healing, or transformation.

What you see on the surface is only part of the story. Beneath every line, color choice, and detail is a process of slowing down, paying attention, and allowing creativity to lead.

Each piece carries its own energy, meaning, and journey.
