Ocean Calm is a 12” monochromatic blue with accents of gold throughout. She was my first painting created completely on my own. The different elements and designs appeared to me over the course of a few days. Images of brushstrokes came in the form of dreams or sudden epiphany moments. This piece emits a calming and fluid energy yet fierce and strong like the current of the ocean.
